We believe in a clear cancelation and refund policy!

Payment

You will have to pay for the package in full in order to secure your boat. The latest possible booking/payment is 48 hours before your planned departure AND if we have an available boat! Please in such case get in touch with us beforehand via e-mail info@party-boat-greece.com or call us +30 694 660 7740 !

Refund

FULL REFUND: If you cancel more than 31 days before your planned departure, you will get 100% of your money back to your card or your PayPal account.

50% REFUND: If you cancel more than 7 days before your planned departure but less than 31 days before your planned departure, you will get 50% of your money back to your card or your PayPal account.

NO REFUND: If you cancel less than 7 days before your planned departure there will be no refund. In case of no-show there is also no refund.

Bad Weather/Unexpected circumstances

In case of bad weather we will try to reschedule first. If we will be unable to do that you will get a FULL REFUND.

If you won't reply to our e-mails or calls we will treat it as NO SHOW and there will be NO REFUND.

If you have any complications on your side and you will be arriving late or you won't be able to make it at all, please try to get in touch with us first and we will try to find a solution to your problem.

Changes to the reservation must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the rental start date.

The boat owner reserves the right to make amendments to the terms and conditions with prior notice.
